KUKAD BIRYANI 
First We Have to Make Chicken Masala
Recipe - Chicken Masala
Heat oil in a Handi. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add ginger, garlic and onion and litle bit salt then sauté till golden. Add Chicken and cooked with golden onions till the chicken cooked 70% then add Spices - Haldi , Lal Mirch, Dhaniya Powder, chaat masala and garam masala saute till all masala's cooked very well with chicken then add grinded tomato paste slowly slowly and sauté on high heat for 3 or 4mins then on low heat untill the chicken tender and  Garnish it with hara dhaniya


Now Start Layering 
Take 2 Bowls Of Plain Boiled Rice 
Add Kesar in One Bowl And Mix It Well
Now Again Take A Fresh Handi or Kadai Apply 1st Layer of Plain Rice

2nd Layer
Add All Chicken Masala On the Top Of 1st Layer


3rd Layer 
Add Kesar Rice On The Top Of Chicken Masala Layer
Add Some Freshly Cut Hara Dhaniya And Lemon Juice


Now Cover It With Foil Paper And Give It A Rest For 30Mins 
And Before 10Mins of Serve Cook It On A Low Flame 
For 8 To 10Mins And Then Mix All The Layers 
And Serve With The Boiled Eggs

  1. do we have to soak rice in water or boil the rice ?

  2. u have to soak rice for 5 to 6 hours. Just Wash ur rice example if u are making 1 glass of rice wash it well then soak it in 2glass of water the water level should be double as compare to rice quantity
