DAL MAKHANI

Dal Makhani


Ingredients:-
Onion - 3 Medium
Tomato - 3 Medium
Cream - 2 tbs
Tej Patta - 1
Moti Elaichi - 1
Elaichi Powder - 1/4 tbs
Dalchini Powder - 1/2 tbs
Salt As Per Taste
Red Chilly Powder - 1 tbs
Coriander Powder - 1 tbs
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
Adrak Lehsun Paste - 1/2 tbs
Mustad Oil - 2-3 tbs

First You Have To Boiled Kaali Daal And Mesh it Almost 40% And Keep Aside.

Method:-
  • Heat Mustad Oil in handi add a Pinch of Dalchini Powder Then Add 3 Medium Finely Chopped Onions.
  • Saute Them Untill They Turn Golden Brown Then Add Ginger Garlic Paste Mix It Well Untill Its Leave Oil.
  • Add Spices- Namak, Lal Mirch, Coriander Powder And Cook It On Low Flame Untill Its Leave Oil.
  • Then Add Tomatoes Slowly Slowly I Mean If U have 1 Bowl Of Tomato Pure Then Add In A Small Batches (4 Batches) Mix It Well Cook It On A Low Flame Untill Onion Tomato Masala Leaves Its Oil 
  • Then Add Kaali Dal(40%) Meshed mix it Very Well And Add Cream And Mix It Cook It On A Low Flame For Atleast 12 - 15 Min.
  • Thats it Add Garam Masala Mix It And Serve Hot With Onion Rice or Naan, Chapati
