 Chilli Gobhi

Method:-
1. Cut 1 cauliflower into big pieces..only the flowers..
2. In a bowl add 2 teaspoons of besan, 1/4th spoon of garlic paste, salt and red chillies as per the quantity and add cut pieces of flower..
3. Deep fry the flowers
4. In a pan, add some refined oil, pour choped onion and sliced capsicum n carrot..fry then till theg turn light brown..
5. Add some soya sauce, tomato ketchup and chilli sauce..
6. Mix well
7. Pour the fried gobhi pieces in to the thick gravy and stir well..let it settle down for 5 minutes and enjoy desi chilli gobhi
