PAO BHAJI


Pao Bhaji

Ingredients 
Paneer - 250Gram
Onion  - 3 Medium
DalChini Powder - 1/2 tbs
Pinch Of  Elaichi
Pao Bhaji Masala - 2-3tbs
Jeera - 1/2 tbs
Red Chilli Powder - 1/2tbs
Salt To Taste 
Coriander Powder - 1/2tbs
Haldi - 1/2 tbs
Garam Masala - 1/2 tbs
Adrak Lehsun Paste
Tomatoes - 4 Medium 
Mustad Oil - 4 tbs 
Lemon - 1pc

First You Need To Boil Vegetables SO Take A Pressure Cooker Add Potatoes And Gobhi (You Can Add Aloo,Gobhi, Petha etc.) Pressure Cook It And Mesh Very Well And Keep Aside

Method:-
  • Heat Mustad Oil in handi add a pinch of dalchini powder add a pinch of ilaichi powder then add 3 medium finely chopped Onions 
  • Saute them untill they turn golden brown then add ginger garlic paste mix it well untill its leave oil.
  • Add Spices- Haldi , Namak, Lal Mirch, And Pao Bhaji Masala Cook It On low flame untill its leave oil
  • Then Add Tomatoes Slowly Slowly I Mean If U have 1 bowl of tomato pure then add in a small batches (4 Batches) mix it and cook it untill masala leaves oil
  • Add Matar And Mix It Well Cook It For 5Mins On low flame
  • Then Add Boiled Meshed Vegetables And Mix It Well Cook It For 10 To 12Mins On Low Flame
  • Then Add Paneer Cubes Mix It Well Add Lemon Juice And Mix It Well add Garam masala
  • Add Hara Dhaniya For Garnishing And Butter Serve Hot With Grilled Butter Pao
