Grilled Onion Tomato Sandwich
Ingredients
Brown Bread - 2 Slices
Chaat Masala - 1tbs
Onion - 1 Medium
Tomato - 1 Medium
Lemon - 1
Oil - 1tbs
Method:-
First Onion And Tomato Finely Chopped Mix It And Add Chaat Masala And Lemon Juice And Mix It All Well
Now Take A Slice Of Bread Apply the mixture of onion tomato and cover it with 2nd slice of bread now take a grill pan add 1/2tbs of oil put ur sandwich on grill pan and the rest of 1/2 tbs oil apply it on the top of the bread slice cook it of low flame for 5mins or untill its crisp golden cook it from both side thats it
Enjoy with tea , coffee or juice watever u like
