Special Atte Wale Aloo ♡

                                                           Special Atte Wale Aloo ♡

Ingredients:-
Aloo - 5 Boiled 
Dhaniya Powder - 1tbs
Lal Mirch - 1tbs
Atta - 1/4 Cup
Mustad Seeds - 1/2 tbs
Haldi - 1/2 tbs
Chaat Masala - 1/2 tbs
Lemon Juice - 1 tbs

Method:-
  • Heat Mustad oil in a Kadai. Add cumin seeds and Sarso ke dane 
  • Then add dhaniya powder and half cup of Atta and mix well for 2 mins 
  • Then add boiled Aloo and mix it well 
  • Add spices - Lal Mirch, Chaat Masala, Salt to tase And Lemon Juice and saute for 3mins on high flame and 5mins on low flame then add dhaniya on the top and serve hot
