Veg. Biryani
First We Have to Make Paneer Mushroom Chaap Masala
Recipe -  Paneer Mushroom Chaap Masala
Heat oil in a Handi. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add ginger, garlic and onion and litle bit salt then sauté till golden Then Add Spices - Haldi , Lal Mirch, Dhaniya Powder, Chaat masala and Garam masala Cook It Well Then Add Chopped Paneer, Mushrooms And Chaap (Removed Sticks) saute till all masala's cooked very well then add grinded tomato paste slowly slowly and sauté on high heat for 5 min and 10mins on low heat untill Untill All Cooked Well and  Garnish it with hara dhaniya


Now Start Layering 
Take 2 Bowls Of Plain Boiled Rice 
Add Kesar in One Bowl And Mix It Well
Now Again Take A Fresh Handi or Kadai Apply 1st Layer of Plain Rice



2nd Layer
Add All  Masala On the Top Of 1st Layer
Add All Paneer Mushroom Chaap Masala On the Top Of 1st Layer


3rd Layer 
Add Kesar Rice On The Top Of Paneer Mushroom Chaap Masala Layer
Add Some Freshly Cut Hara Dhaniya And Lemon Juice
Now Cover It With Foil Paper And Give It A Rest For 30Mins  And Before 10Mins of Serve Cook It On A Low Flame  For 8 To 10Mins And Then Mix All The Layers  And Serve
