Chatpati Tangri Masala


Lets Start With Marination

 Take A Mixing Bowl Add Curd Beat It Well then Add Spices - Turmeric Powder , Salt , Red Chilly Powder , Chicken Masala(Optional) , Garam Masala , Ginger Garlic Paste And Anardana Mix It All Very Well And 1 lemon And Mix It

Step 2

Now Apply Cuts On Legs And Put It In A Marination Mix It Very Well And Keep Aside For Minimum 1Hour

Step3

Take A Kadai Heat Some Mustad Oil Add Cumin Seeds And Green Cardomom(For Flavour) And Put Marinated Chicken Legs Into The Hot Oil

Step 4


Mix It Very Well Cook It Untill Its Cooked 70% Very Well

Step 5

When Its Done 70% Add Lil Bit Garam Masala Mix It Well And Then All The Rest Marination Masala And Mix It Well And Cook It On Medium Flame Untill Its Done Then Garnish It With Hara Dhaniya And Lemon

Step 1
Apply Some Cuts On Tomatoes And Make A Onion Paste 


Step 2
Take A Pan Heat Butter Or Oil Add Cumin Seeds And Onion Paste And lil Bit Sault Saute Them Untill Its Golden Brown 

Step 3
Peal Tomato And Make A Fine Pure 



Step 4
Now Add Ginger Garlic Paste And Mix It Well



Step 5
Now Add Tomato Pure And Mix It Well Then Add Spices - Turmeric Powder , Sault , Red Chilly Powder , Coriander Powder And Readymade Curry Powder (Its Optional I Didn't Add) Mix It Well And Cook it Untill Its Leave Its Oil



Step 6
Crush Some  Kasuri Methi And Mix It Well And Cook It Unitill Its Leave Oil

  Step 7
Add Paneer Cubes And Some Fresh Cream Mix It Well And Cover It For 10Mins Cook It On A Low Flame




Step 8
Add Some Garam Masala Butter And Garnish It With Some Cream And Hara Dhaniya Thats It Serve Hot With Rice Or Butter Naam

Grilled Mutter Paneer With Laccha Paratha

First We Have to Make Grilled Paneer 
Heat oil in a Grilled Pan Add Paneer
When they begin to change colour turn it and cook it from both side



Now Soak Grilled Paneer In A Warm Water
Lets Start To Make A Gravy
 Heat oil in a Pressure Cooker. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add ginger, garlic and onion and litle bit salt then sauté till golden Add Spices - Haldi , Namak, Lal Mirch , Dhaniya Powder Mix It Well Cook It For 5 min on a low flame then add tomato pure and cook it then add mutter and cook it for 2 whistle on high flame then open it and add grilled paneer and add hara dhaniya and garam masala and cook it on low flame for 2 whistle thats it serve hot with laccha paratha

Lets Start Chopping 






Making Of Tomato Onion Gravy
Heat Mustad Oil in Pan add Jeera , 3 medium finely chopped Onion saute untill they golden brown then add ginger garlic paste mix it and add Add Spices - haldi , namak , lalamirch , dhaniya powder and amchur mix it well then add tomato pure cook it on a low flame untill they cooked well now switch off the gas 


Now We have To Cook Paneer , Mushrooms , Soya And Capsicum Separately So, i divide tomato onion gravy into 4 parts 

1. Paneer - Take A Pan Add Oil tomato paste then add chopped paneer and mix it well cook it untill they cooked well


2.Capsicum -Take A Pan Add Oil tomato paste then add chopped Capsicum and mix it well cook it untill they cooked well


3. Mushroom - Take A Pan Add Oil tomato paste then add chopped Mushrooms and mix it well cook it untill they cooked well


4. Soya - Take A Pan Add Oil tomato paste then add Soya and mix it well cook it untill they cooked well

Now Take A Pizza Base Pre-Cut Into 4 parts

Appy Some Tomato Ketchup And Grate Some Cheese




 Now Add Filling And Grate Some Cheese And Add Some Ketchup And Put It into Microwave Tray

Microwave It And Serve Hot

 First U Have To Make Ur Pakora's

Take A Bowl Grat Paneer Add Spices - Namak , Lal Mirch , Chaat Masala And Garam Masala And lil Bit Corn Flour it help u to Make Round balls Just Like i made 







Now Take Another Bowl Add Besan And Water Then Spices , Namak , Lal Mirch And Garam Masala Mix It Well And Coat Ur Paneer Balls In Besan batter And Fry Them Just Like i did






Now its Time To Make Gravy

Boiled Palak And Soak It in a Ice Water for 5 to 10mins it helps to maintain green colour of palak then grind it and make a paste

 Heat oil in a Handi. Add cumin seeds. When they begin to change colour, add ginger, garlic and onion and litle bit salt then sauté till golden Add Spices - Haldi , Namak, Lal Mirch , Dhaniya Powder Mix It Well Cook It For 5 min on a low flame then add tomato pure and cook it for 10 to 12min on a low flame untill they cooked well and leaves oil then add Palak Paste Mix it Well And Cook it for 15mins on low flame then add ur pakora's and some fresh cream mix it and serve hot

Spicy Red Sauce Tangri Masala

  • Take a Handi Heat Mustad Oil Add Dal Chini Powder , 3 Medium Chopped Onions then add Namak And Saute till the colour turned golden brown 
  • Add Chicken Legs and Cook it well untill the chicken cooked almost 70% 
  • Then Add chicken Masala , Dhaniya Powder And Lal Mirch Powder mix it well untill the oil seperate 
  • Then Add Tomato Paste(2 Tomato) and add into the chicken slowly slowly mix it well 
  • And then add garam masala and garnish it with Hara Dhaniya And add lemon juice in the end

First We have To Soak 7 to 8 Kashmiri Laal Mirch In a warm water for 30mins then grind it and make a fine paste and keep aside ( Remove Kashmiri Laal Mirch Seeds Before Soaking )
Method
Take a handi heat desi ghee add tejpatta, choti ilaichi, moti ilaichi, a pinch of dalchini powder and jeera then add 3 medium slicely chopped onion saute them on a low flame untill they turn nicely golden brown then add mutton and cook it on a low flame 15mins untill its cooked well then Add Kashmiri Lal Mirch Paste 2 or 3 tbsp mix it well and cook it  on a medioum flame for 15mins then take katori add 2tbsp ginger garlic paste and 2tbsp dhania powder mix it well with spoon and add this mixter in mutton and mix it well untill mutton leaves its oil then beat 1 katori curd and add in mutton mix it and cook it untill the mutton cooked well ( at the end u can add 1cup warm water for gravy but if u want thick gravy then only add curd ) garnish it with hara dhaniya its done enjoy with Crispy Laccha Paratha  or Butter Naan
